Oh my god, is he thin! You say this sentence automatically, when you see the new vacation pics of Tokio-Bill. Even “Size-Zero-Fans” are scared. Bill in bathing slip, slimmed down to the bones. Is it really because of the genes or does the heartthrob really have serious health problems? What psychologists speculate and what Bill himself says to this topic, and if the Kaulitz-brothers dig in duly at least in vacation; Anne Hacker and Markus Langner are reporting;

Hard to believe that these two guys are twins. The one is fit and suntanned, the other is pale and nothing but skin and bone. In contrast to his brother Tom, singer Bill Kaulitz seems all skin and bone in his black bathing panty. At sunbath on the Maldives is Bill’s skinny chicken breast downright eye-catching.

Psychologist: “At least he looks like he has an eating disorder. But of course you have to regard that he is an androgynous guy, a boundary guy between man and woman. Very slim, in many of his expressions rather female.”

But he downplays all the rumors about his anorexia.

Bill: “It’s funny, because it has always been like that. I think it always becomes a topic when it fits to the current headlines.”

“You don’t have to worry about me, I was always so thin. I just wore bigger pants before.” the 20-years-old asserts. Also on a band-DVD Bill makes fun about his weight.

Bill:“I don’t weigh myself so often, because then everybody would get that I’m anorexic.”

But experts warn: Anorexics estimate their body totally different than it is in fact.

Psychologist: “Patients which have an eating disorder, say that it’s up to the clothes or they would eat normally and it would just look like they’re anorexic. But these are typical coping strategies.”

Also now in their vacation, the Kaulitz-brothers rather indulge themselves in fags than calories. But Tokio Hotel are going on tour in two weeks. Before then, Bill should recharge his batteries and that not only with wine and cigarettes.
